Soup pea with domestic noodles

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Peas (dried yellow) - 500 g
- An onions napiform - 3 piece.
- A white mushroom (dried) - 3-4 piece.
- A root of a celery - 1 piece.
- Domestic noodles - to taste
- A bay leaf - to taste.

To boil dried yellow peas. Waters should be a little that by the end of cooking peas has completely boiled soft, and dense mashed potatoes has turned out. To fry in vegetable oil finely cut bulbs and to shift in a saucepan with peas. To boil 3-4 big white dried mushrooms, finely to cut and also add in peas together with mushroom broth. A white root of a celery to chop thin shred or to crush on a large grater, to put in a saucepan with the products prepared for soup, to pour necessary for desirable density of soup quantity of the abrupt boiled water added some salt to taste and to boil thoroughly soup up to readiness of a celery on average fire, not supposing strong boiling.

To prepare for separately domestic noodles, having added in a dough at kneading warm up vegetable oil (it is better mustard). At the end of cooking soup to add the necessary quantity of noodles, a bay leaf, to boil thoroughly no more minutes and to clean fire. To give soup to be insisted 10-15 minutes, covered a saucepan and having wrapped up with a towel. To submit hot with fresh rye bread.
