Lazanya vegetarian with karri

For the recipe it are required to you:
- Lazanya (plates) - 12-16 piece.
- Yellow Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece.
- Carrots - 2 piece.
- béchamel - 2 glasses
- vegetable marrow - 2 piece.
- A powder karri - 1 st.l.
- An onions napiform - 1 piece.
- Parmesan (grated) - 70-100 g.
- A butter - 20 g.
- Olive oil - to taste
- Salt, pepper - to taste.

Finely we cut all vegetables, we fry them on a frying pan on olive oil with addition karri, we diminish fire and it is extinguished under a cover of 15 minutes. We salt, we pepper. We prepare for sauce béchamel, we add in it a generous portion grated Parmesan. The form for bake we grease with a butter, we spread a few sauce, on it a layer lazanya, on them vegetables, from above again sauce, plates, etc. We Finish sauce, we strew Parmesan, we spread a few oils, cut by flakes and in an oven on half an hour approximately at 200C.
